REDARC TO ATTEND 2018 CARAVAN INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRALIA NATIONAL CONFERENCE

REDARC is pleased to once again be attending the 2017 Caravan Industry Association of Australia National Conference 16 – 18 May held at The Star (nee Jupiter's) Hotel & Casino on the Gold Coast.

As a platinum sponsor, REDARC will be exhibiting at booth no. 27 in the Grand Pavilion as well have its camper trailer with RedVision on display for the first time.

This will be the industry’s first chance to test and trial RedVision’s true capabilities, which launched earlier this year to much acclaim and anticipation nationwide.

“We’ve been working with a number of RV manufacturer’s over the last six months to ensure the product will be available for fitment in the next line of caravan, camper trailer and motorhome builds.

“So, we’re really excited to see RedVision come to full fruition and can’t wait to showcase the unit at the conference”, National Sales and Marketing Manager, Ben Marsh stated.

RedVision allows users to control multiple on-board devices, such as switching lights, inverter, water pumps and other loads such as televisions, electric steps and fridges on or off through the display smartphone through the RedVision app.

It also provides the user with the ability to monitor water levels, temperature, energy (battery power) consumption and storage, with the battery information available when used with a REDARC Manager range battery management system.

In other exciting news, Technical and Training Manager, Stuart Peddle has been successful in becoming a finalist for the CaravanCampingSales Futures Leaders Award. The Award recognises and rewards dedication and outstanding achievements from the industry’s up and comer’s.

As a finalist, Stuart will receive up to $1,000 towards industry study or professional development, as well as attendance of the Future Leaders Conference and Gala Dinner, where the finalists will be recognised, and a winner is announced.

“Stuart has achieved a lot over his 8 years at REDARC and is a true asset to not only the team here, but the industry as a whole,” said Ben.

“He has demonstrated passion for the RV Industry, working with and supporting the technical support team and area sales managers to understand the market demand from RV OEM customers and drive ideas for product development.”

Stuart says it’s an honour to be a finalist and looks forward to being actively involved in caravan and camping industry forums to help shape and influence the industry.

“Being involved with RV manufacturers in my time at REDARC has shown me that we can bring value to the table for the manufacturer as well as the customer and drive the development of the electrical solutions of the future.”

The conference provides an opportunity to show REDARC’s range of battery chargers, including dual battery isolators, DC to DC chargers, and battery management systems, trailer brake controllers and solar products.
