REDARC are proud to announce the launch of its new website developed exclusively for customers based in New Zealand. The release of this new website is the next logical step after strategic export efforts have resulted in an increase of activities into New Zealand over recent years.
The new website has been tailored for the New Zealand dollar, simplifying the purchase process for new and existing customers, whilst utilising all of the technical data, product overviews and user manuals previously available to international customers across a wide range of industries such as recreational, heavy vehicle, defence and more.
Export Manager, Craig Herriot said that the catalyst for creating the website was that we wanted to help improve the customer experience for New Zealand users of the REDARC website, whilst providing cost-effective freighting options inclusive of New Zealand specific duties, taxes and entry fee’s for all orders.
“A New Zealand specific website has been in the works for a while now, with its development being testament to REDARC’s growth in New Zealand over the past couple of years.”
“In the past, our customers have been served our Australian website and required to estimate final order costs themselves. Now we can serve them pricing options relevant to their location while increasing our support and information services through exclusive content which will continue to be developed specifically for the New Zealand marketplace.”
Visitors to the website will find a familiar interface to that of the existing REDARC Australia website, with navigation remaining clear and simple in order to ensure that user journeys are only one to two clicks away.
The new website follows an increase in operations and services for REDARC into the New Zealand market. This has resulted in a steady increase in market presence, highlighted by the appointment of Greg Mitchell, our inaugural Area Sales Manager for New Zealand, who was introduced in 2016 and has maintained a strong attendance at industry tradeshows, conducted regular training workshops and improved our overall technical support capabilities.
REDARC has almost 40 years’ experience in the research, design, development and manufacture of a range of electronic voltage converters and associated products, inverters, power supplies, battery chargers, brake controllers and trailer braking products. REDARC is excited to launch its New Zealand website and expand its online footprint globally.
